Cancel or change my order
Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel an order that has already been placed yourself. But don't worry, we are happy to help you with a suitable solution. Please note, that orders for next-day delivery go into picking within 5 minutes of the order being placed, once an order has gone to picking we cannot amend or cancel the order, the options available after this point are to place additional orders or submit a return once you receive the goods.
It is of course, important that you inform us as soon as possible about what exactly you wish to do with your order because speed is crucial here, it is best to contact us either by telephone on 08000 858585 or LiveChat.
